Keito A. Gray is a dynamic leader and advocate for young adults impacted by the criminal justice system. With over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, he brings a unique blend of motivational speaking, spoken-word artistry, and youth program leadership to his role.

As the Senior Manager and CEO of the Bronx Youth Office, Keito oversees community outreach programs designed to empower and uplift at-risk youth. He is the visionary behind the groundbreaking Credible Messenger Mentoring Initiative, a program that has dramatically increased engagement and retention among underserved young adults by pairing them with mentors who share similar life experiences.

Known for his authentic “real-talk” approach, Keito has a remarkable ability to build trust and instill self-worth in the communities he serves. His work is driven by a deep commitment to creating pathways to success and fostering resilience in marginalized populations.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Keito is an avid reader and a passionate student of Black history. He is a devoted husband and father who draws inspiration from his family and heritage to fuel his mission of transforming lives and communities.
