InVision U, Inc. & New Beginnings Performing Arts Center
Purpose
The Consumer Information Policy ensures that all participants, families, employees, and stakeholders of InVision U, Inc. and New Beginnings Performing Arts Center (NBPAC) have access to clear, accurate, and comprehensive information regarding programs, policies, fees, privacy, and rights. This policy aligns with our mission to provide equitable, inclusive, and transparent educational and artistic programming.

Can I purchase one package and use them for multiple children?Our enrollment for the school and open classes are for individuals. Parents/Guardians who wish to enroll their child(ren) in our school and/or open class, will need to make the purchase for each individual child. All payments made for classes are associated with one individual and can not be shared.

Are auditions required to join the school?Currently, auditions are required for our school in New Rochelle. No auditions are required for open classes in our Harlem location.

What holidays and closures does New Beginnings Performing Arts/Invision U follow throughout the year?We follow the New Rochelle Public School closings. The academic calendar can be found here.

When are classes offered?We offer classes from September through June. Currently our New Rochelle location offers classes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Our Harlem location only offers classes Tuesdays and Fridays. Please refer to our schedule to see the classes offered for the age group you are interested in enrolling in the school and/or open classes.

Can I observe the class before I join?We offer two introductory classes to support you in making your decision on whether to enroll in the school or any additional open classes. All clients signed up to attend a class must participate.

What age groups are allowed to participate in New Beginnings/Invision U?We have classes offered from the age of 3 & Up. All ages from 3 and on are able to enroll in designated classes. Please refer to our schedule to see the classes offered for your age group.

What is the difference between New Beginnings Center for the Performing Arts and Invision U?InVision U, Inc is a New York State based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to provide charitable, developmental services to the youth and adults in New York, Westchester County, and Atlanta primarily in the form of dance, health & wellness and career development programs. We are a community and faith-based organization, birthed by the desire to bridge the gap between the standard education system and a deep community need for greater performing arts and cultural education. InVision U currently supports New Beginnings Center for the Performing Arts, our for-profit, committed to exposing adolescents and young adults to life experiences through the performing arts.

Where is New Beginnings Performing Arts located?Our school and open classes is located at 2 Division St, Suite #301 New Rochelle, NY 10801. Additional open classes occur at the Urban Assembly School at 2005 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10035. Contact us at 914-712-8878 or click here to view the classes offered at each location. What is the difference between the school and open classes?Our school located in New Rochelle is tuition based, with monthly payment plans offered, providing access to classes for the full year to all from ages 3 & up. Open classes allow our clients to engage FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.

Can I perform at events for New Beginnings or at recitals if I am in open classes?For our recitals, both students in the school and open classes can perform, however our June production only includes students enrolled in our school.

If I miss my class at my designated location, can I take classes at another location?You are able to use your class cards at either of our locations if the class is not fully booked. Please kindly book yourself in the class or call us to confirm you are signed up for the class.

Do you have parking?We do not have a dedicated parking garage. However, there is a parking garage across the street, and street parking.
